PoleTrix L1

PoleTrix Level 1 is a beginner friendly class for those wanting to try pole dancing for the first time or are new to the sport. We focuses on building strength, flexibility, and skills related to pole fitness, rather than traditional pole dancing routines. This type of class involves learning and practicing various pole tricks, spins, and static holds that challenge your muscles and enhance your physical capabilities. In a strength-oriented PoleTrix class, participants work on exercises that emphasize building upper body, core, and lower body strength. The emphasis is on mastering techniques and movements that require controlled muscle engagement to execute tricks and holds effectively. These classes are designed to help participants progress in their pole fitness journey by gradually introducing more complex tricks as their strength and skills improve. Overall, the goal of a strength-focused PoleTrix class is to provide a challenging workout that contributes to building muscle, improving coordination, and advancing pole fitness abilities. PoleFlow L3

PoleFlow is a type of pole dancing session that emphasizes the fluidity and artistry of movement. Participants learn and perform choreographed sequences of pole dancing moves, focusing on creating a seamless flow between each movement. This type of class often encourages self-expression, creativity, and body awareness. In a PoleFlow class, participants might have the option to wear heels to add an extra element of style and challenge. Dancing in heels can help improve balance, posture, and overall control during the routine. However, wearing heels is optional, and participants can choose to dance barefoot or in other appropriate footwear if they prefer. The combination of pole dancing techniques and artistic expression makes PoleFlow a popular choice for those looking to explore dance, fitness, and creativity.

Polates

Polates is a fusion of Pilates exercises and the use of a pole as a prop without incorporating traditional pole dancing movements. In this type of class, the pole serves as a support or tool to enhance the Pilates workout. Participants engage in a series of exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning. The pole may be used for various purposes, such as providing stability during certain stretches or assisting with body alignment. The emphasis in a Polates class is on Pilates principles and techniques, and the pole is integrated as a versatile prop to add new dimensions to the exercises. It's a way to combine the benefits of Pilates with the unique features of pole fitness equipment without necessarily involving pole dancing routines.

PoleHIIT

PoleHIIT is a class that involves high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises without the use of the pole. The focus still remains on increasing heart rate in a controlled and run environment. Participants engage in a series of cardio and strength-based activities that are designed to elevate heart rate, burn calories, and improve overall fitness. While the "Pole" aspect is omitted, the class structure and intensity levels are inspired by the concept of Pole HIIT. This type of class typically involves alternating between short bursts of intense exercises and brief periods of rest or low-intensity movements. The exercises can include bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, cardio drills, and strength training exercises using various equipment. The goal is to create an efficient and challenging workout that delivers cardiovascular benefits and helps build strength and endurance. PoleHIIT ensures a dynamic and effective workout that aligns with the principles of high-intensity interval training.
