PoleTrix L1
PoleTrix L1 is designed for those who have completed at least 5 BeginnerPole classes and are ready to advance their skills. This class is perfect for individuals looking to build on their foundational knowledge and improve beginner-friendly tricks and techniques.
PoleTrix L1 focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility and pole fitness skills rather than traditional dance routines. The class includes learning and practicing a variety of pole tricks, spins and static holds that challenge your muscles and boost your physical capabilities. Emphasis is placed on developing upper body, core and lower body strength with a focus on mastering techniques and movements that require controlled muscle engagement.
Participants will progressively work on more complex tricks as their strength and skills develop making this class an excellent option for those interested in the physical aspects of pole fitness.


PoleTrix L2
PoleTrix L2 is designed for participants ready to advance from PoleTrix L1 and take on more challenging tricks and moves. This class is ideal for those who feel confident with their foundational skills and are eager to tackle more advanced tricks.
PoleTrix L2 will focus on developing greater strength, flexibility and pole fitness through a range of complex tricks, spins and static holds including inverts. The class emphasizes mastering intricate movements that require higher levels of muscle engagement and control with an emphasis on executing inverts and other more advanced techniques.
Participants will work on building upper body, core and lower body strength, enhancing their ability to perform and refine more advanced pole ticks and routines.
PoleTrix L1 & L2
Saturday Mixup is designed for participants currently enrolled in PoleTrix L1 & L2 creating a more social and dynamic environment. Perfect for those eager to practice, refine and progress skills in a mixed class environment.
The class combines skill development with a fun and supportive atmosphere, encouraging interaction and camaraderie among participants. It focuses on expanding trick repertoire, smoothly transitioning to a higher level and enhancing overall pole fitness by building strength and flexibility.

However, wearing heels is optional, and participants can choose to dance barefoot or in other appropriate footwear if they prefer. The combination of pole dancing techniques and artistic expression makes PoleFlow a popular choice for those looking to explore dance, fitness, and creativity. Suitable for beginner plus and intermediate.

Polates
Pilates with a Twist! Polates is a Pilates based workout that uses the pole as a support tool to enhance strength, stability, and alignment. This class follows core Pilates principles, incorporating controlled movements and functional strength training without traditional pole dance elements.

Even if you’re not quite ready for a full handstand, don’t worry! We offer a range of progressions and modifications to suit your current skill level. PoleFlow is a fun and sassy class designed for beginner+ and intermediate levels. This class is a choreographed routine that combines beginner and intermediate pole moves including inverts and floor work to challenge your creativity.
PoleFlow classes will explore a range of moves that blend technique with creativity adding a touch of flair and playfulness to your pole fitness journey. To make the most of the class and ensure comfort, we recommend wearing pole heels and knee pads. Heels enhance style and challenge while knee pads provide protection and support during floor work.

StaticPole L1
StaticPole L1 is finally here! Designed for those who have completed at least 5 BeginnerPole classes, this session focuses on strength, control, and technique rather than dance. Unlike spin pole, where momentum helps carry you through movements, static pole requires strength and controlled engagement, making it an incredible workout for building muscle and refining technique.
This class offers beginner-friendly tricks, spins, and static holds while strengthening your upper body, core, and lower body. As your skills progress, so will the complexity of the moves!
