Poles are cleaned after every use and every class with recommended products to protect the brass poles.

No, we accept everybody at Polates Perth.

Do I need to be fit, strong or flexible to start pole dancing?
Not at all! No previous dance or fitness background is necessary to start our beginner courses. In fact, pole dancing is perfect to take up if you want to work on your fitness, strength and flexibility goals.

How tall are your poles and how many are there?
We have 11 stunning brass *Pussycat Poles that range from 2.9 - 3.2 metres in height.

Will I feel dizzy during the class?

As all of our poles spin, it is likely you may feel dizzy after your first few sessions if you are new to pole dancing.  If you experience dizziness during the class, we encourage you to sit or lay down until it passes. It may take a few sessions for your body to adjust to the movements.

Do you have air-conditioning?
Yes, our studio is fully air-conditioned and insulated.

What should I wear?
If you are starting a beginner course we recommend wearing shorts and a singlet, shirt or crop top. Having bare skin on the pole will help you stick much more effectively.

Want to bring a friend?
